Drawing the Dahlias - March 16th
Join me for a celebration of the queen of summer - the Dahlia!
Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted with a light afternoon tea that sets the tone for a relaxing and grounding afternoon. Together, we'll dive into some fun and playful drawing exercises, where I'll be right by your side, guiding you through each step. I will introduce you to the materials and walk you thought some techniques.
No matter your skill level, this gathering is designed to be warm and welcoming, ensuring everyone feels at ease as we explore our artistic sides. Our beautiful subjects -the dahlias, will be supplied from Labertouche Flower farm - Quite Contrary. Each guest will take home ten stunning stems to brighten your space.
We'll provide all the drawing materials you could need, including a lovely selection of paper, oil pastels, gouache, pencils, fine liners, and charcoal. So come and join us for an afternoon filled with creativity, connection, and fun!
